Common questions
Will my breathing change?
It should improve or stay the same — never worsen. Airway assessment is part of every consultation, and functional repair (deviated septum, valve collapse) is built into the plan when needed.
Do you perform revision rhinoplasty?
Yes — revisions of other surgeons' work are a substantial part of the practice. They are harder, priced accordingly, and sometimes the honest advice is to leave well enough alone. Bring your operative report if you have it.
How visible are the scars?
Most cases use an open approach: one 4mm incision across the columella, between the nostrils. At six months it is a faint line you have to hunt for; the control it gives the surgeon is worth it.
What if I only dislike one thing about my nose?
Then only that one thing should change. Preserving what you like is harder than changing everything — and precisely the reason to choose a surgeon who does this operation constantly.
