Breast surgery
The goal is proportion — a result that looks right in clothes and unremarkable at the beach. Sizing decisions are made with you in an unhurried session, with actual implants, and Dr. Vale will tell you when the size you came in wanting isn't the size that will look like you. Result photos for breast surgery are reviewed privately at consultation, never published.
Is breast surgery right for you?
Wait if you're planning a pregnancy within two years — pregnancy changes the result, and the honest sequence is children first, surgery after. Wait if your weight is moving. And know the maintenance truth up front: implants are not lifetime devices; most are exchanged or removed within ten to twenty years, and that future cost belongs in your decision today. If volume loss is modest and you want the most natural path, fat transfer may be the better answer — we wrote a full comparison.
Common questions
Implants or fat transfer — how do I choose?
Implants deliver predictable volume in any amount; fat transfer offers a modest, fully natural change using your own tissue. The right answer depends on how much change you want and what you have to work with. The full comparison is here.
Will I be able to breastfeed afterward?
Usually, yes — augmentation through an inframammary incision preserves the gland and ducts. Lifts carry more variables. If future breastfeeding matters to you, say so at consultation; it changes the plan.
Why aren't breast results shown online?
Restraint, by policy. Patients consent to sharing results with prospective patients in a consultation room — a different thing from the open internet. You will see a full, relevant result library when you visit.
What does the fee include?
Surgeon, accredited facility, anesthesia, implants where applicable, and routine follow-up for a year. Confirmed in writing at consultation. No day-of additions.
